Then today i went to ask the guard at the guard house. He explain to me that it a a visitor that parking at the visitor car park , register as the house lot that i'm staying.
And while he explaining , he kept saying sorry and don't worry as they only want to inform that the car has been clamped... as one of the rules is visitor car must not park till later than 11pm....
=.=ll made me have to keep telling i'm not ... i juz curious y suddenly middle in the night got ppl press the doorbell, made me tot it is ghost....
in the end , i said thank you...
the he say dun mention adn if got any problem, can always got to the guard house and ask, they will assist....
hmm.... this is one of the reason i tgought before working in the customer service but luckily i changed that idea coz sometimes will be scold by the customer although not your fault...
